PHOTO RESTORATION & SCANNING SERVICES
PHOTO RESTORATION: We now offer digital photo restoration for your faded, discolored, scratched, or otherwise damaged photos (old family portraits, color or B&W prints, negatives, slides, etc.).
PHOTO RESTORATION PACKAGE/PRICE: Our photo restoration package includes the digital restoration of your original image (scanning, enhancement, color & contrast correction, scratch & damage repair, etc.). It also includes a Photo CD of your restored image and four (4) custom color or B&W prints (5x7" or smaller - based on your size preferences). Additional prints may be ordered from Top10images.com at 20% off of our regular print prices (see PRINTING SERVICES below) or you can make prints yourself from the Photo CD (on a home or office printer, etc). The cost of our Photo Restoration Package is $48 per image restored. If you submit more than one image for restoration, your entire restoration order will be discounted 15%. SLIDE & NEGATIVE SCANNING (BULK): We can scan your old slides or negatives (or prints) and convert them to high-resolution digital images (JPEG or TIFF). This service includes scanning, color & contrast correction, minor image enhancement, and minor dust & defect removal (as needed). This service does not include restoration of faded or damaged images (see PHOTO RESTORATION above). The cost for our scanning service is as follows. Slides: $2.00 per slide. Negatives: $4 per strip (4-6 images per negative strip maximum). Prints: $3 per print (your original prints may be any size 8x10" or smaller). You will receive a Photo CD of all of your scanned images (high-resolution JPEG digital photos). Note: Our minimum order for slide, print or negative scanning is $50. There is no charge for shipping.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTORATION OR SCANNING: We accept photographic prints (color or B&W), negatives, and slides. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP ANY ORIGINAL PRINTS, NEGATIVES OR SLIDES UNTIL YOU CONTACT US VIA E-MAIL. When you contact us via e-mail, we will provide guidelines for mailing/shipping and tracking your item. Note: We also accept digital files of your images (JPEG or Tiff). If you choose to submit a digital file of your image, it should be scanned at the highest possible quality settings (scanner resolution settings) and then saved as a maximum-quality digital file (non-compressed JPEG or TIFF). IMAGE QUALITY EVALUATION FOR RESTORATION OR SCANNING: Prior to performing restoration, we will evaluate your image to determine its potential for enlargement to the size (or sizes) that you desire. If your image does not meet our minimum resolution (or quality) standards, we will notify you via e-mail.

PRINTING SERVICES
CUSTOM PHOTO PRINTING: We also offer custom printing for your personal pictures (images from your digital camera, scanner, etc.). Our state-of-the-art professional large-format printing system produces ultra high-definition enlargements with brilliant color reproduction. All images are color-calibrated and "fine-tuned" for contrast and saturation prior to printing. All prints are custom made using the highest quality standards and 100% archival printing materials.
MINIMUM & MAXIMUM PRINT SIZES: Our minimum print size is 2x2". Our maximum print size is 24"x120" (2ft x 10ft).
CUSTOM PRINT SIZES: We are able to print in all custom sizes (panoramic, etc.) that fall between our minimum and maximum print sizes described above.
CUSTOM PRINT PRICING: 15 cents ($.15) per square inch. See the following examples: 8x10"-$12.00, 11x14"-$23.10, 16x20"-$48.00, 20x24"-$72.00, 24x30"-$108.00, 12x36"panoramic-$64.80, 20x40"panoramic-$120.00. Additional prints of the same image will be discounted by 20% each. There is no charge for shipping. Note: Our minimum order for printing is $50.
DIGITAL FILE REQUIREMENTS FOR PRINTING: We require high-quality digital files (JPEG or TIFF) for printing. Ideally, your file should be either an exact copy of the original (i.e., a copy & paste version) or a high-resolution edited version (i.e., non-compressed and saved at the maximum quality settings if possible). Remember, as a general rule 'The larger the digital file size, the better the final print'. This is especially true for big enlargements.
